Return and Warranty Policy

At Quality Accessories Kenya, we focus on giving every customer a clear and dependable after-sales process. Please review the warranty guidance below based on the brand of your product.

1) Oraimo, Itel, Infinix, and Tecno

Warranty cases for these brands are managed through Carlcare Service Center.

  • Bring the item to our shop and we will follow up with Carlcare for you.
  • You can also go directly to Carlcare if you prefer quicker handling.

Typical turnaround: About 7 business days.

Required document: Original Quality Accessories Kenya receipt.

2) Utarudi

We are the official Utarudi distributor in Kenya, so all warranty requests are processed directly at our shop.

Typical turnaround: 2-3 business days.

Required document: Original Quality Accessories Kenya receipt.

3) Other Brands (for example: Havit, Redmi, Anker, Budi, Amaya)

For all other brands, our team coordinates warranty support with the relevant brand partners. Please return the item to our shop, and we will manage the claim process.

Typical turnaround: 10-15 business days.

Required document: Original Quality Accessories Kenya receipt.

Important Warranty Terms

Warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional device faults

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Improper use, tampering, or accidental damage
  • Products submitted without a valid original receipt
